Woodview was developed on the site of the historic Troth Farm, a local landmark. As part of the project, the developer preserved the Troth family farmhouse, which has been designated an historic site. The farmhouse provides a focal point for the development, with the exteriors given a Victorian flavor to complement the large, white-sided house.
"The property is a welcome addition for new residents drawn to our area by employment opportunities," according to Mayor Augustus Tamburro. "We're happy that, as part of the development, the historic elements of what was once the Troth family farm were preserved."
The site is located near the intersection of Routes 70 and 73 in Burlington County, in the southern part of the state.
