New Firm Building ITT Tech Institute

CANTON TOWNSHIP, MI-RBS Companies Inc., created out of Delcor Development of Milford, MI, wins a $4-million contract to build ITT Tech Institute at Palmer and Haggerty roads.

Brian Stoy, president of RBS Companies Inc., says he has worked with the college and township on building the project. The college's parent company, ITT Educational Services Inc., is a private system focused on technology-orientated programs of study. It operates 70 ITT institutes in 28 states.

RBS formed out of Delcor Development of Milford.
