Amy Cherry will head the Advantis property management side overseeing the new assets. Don Mercer, Ryan Moody and Chris Todd will handle the leasing. Advantis didn't disclose occupancy figures among the seven buildings.
Among the tenants are Raytheon Systems, SAIC Information, United Diesel, Ely Inc., Hobart Corp. and Pittsburgh Paint.
