Developer Sebastian + deFreitas, which specializes in urban housing, has broken ground on another detached home project—this one in the East Village.
The project, called ROWhomes on F, offers 17 detached houses near the Gaslamp Quarter. The developer expects to complete the project this fall.
The floor plans range from 1,200 to 2,200 sf, with two to three bedrooms and 21/2 bathrooms. The homes will includes a private garage and bedroom or storefront office space, with prices ranging from $369,000 to $525,000.
Lusardi Construction is the general contractor of the project, while Kevin deFreitas is the architect and developer.
