Creative Impressions has bought a one-acre site in the Town Center to build 10,000-sf retail site. The project calls for a 4,000-sf full-service interior design showroom, with the balance of the retail space coming to the leasing market. The building will deliver in March.
Creative Impressions markets more than 350 lines of furniture, draperies, accessories and rugs. The interior designer, which caters to residential and commercial properties alike, also has a location in Randall's Center in The Woodlands.
The 27,000-acre Woodlands has experienced strong retail growth--attracting locals as well as scores of high-profile chains--in recent years as its population base continues to push upward. The community, 27 miles north of Houston's downtown, is a joint development of Morgan Stanley Partnership and Ft. Worth-based Crescent Real Estate Equities Co.
