In an unrelated lease, Jerel J. Hill, an attorney with American Title Co. of Houston, has leased 2,174 sf of office space at Northchase Place Office Building at 13700 Veterans Memorial Dr. in the city's northwest submarket. Traci Lieble of Caldwell Watson Real Estate Group has negotiated the lease. Northchase Investments LP is the building owner.
According to American Title Co., Hill handles express insurance and barring of liens. He currently has offices at 12200 Northwest Freeway near 43rd street and Loop 610 in northwest Houston.
