McReynolds will be overseeing a staff of 25 in her new role. She previously had been an account director, increasing the staff to 17 professionals and implementing cost-saving tactics in excess of $2.7 million. She had completed more than 140 transactions on behalf of a local telecommunications firm while in that position.

Prior to joining C&W, McReynolds held a lease administration and facilities management job with a California-based financial institution. She had managed a portfolio of more than 500 leased and owned branch and mortgage loan offices nationwide. She also had been a general manager for Headquarters Cos. in Dallas and a franchisee in Denver, managing five executive office suite sites with more than 400 offices in the combined portfolio. In 1999, McReynolds received C&W's outstanding corporate services professional award from the firm's more than 10,000 professionals in its 163 national and international offices.
