Mas is buying the dirt in two development phases. In its initial purchase, the developer is paying $1.09 million or $78,286 per acre ($1.80 per sf) for 14 acres. The remaining land will be purchased at an undetermined date.

David Smith, director of investment properties, Realvest Partners Inc., Maitland, FL and associate Bernie Winkler handled the transaction for buyer and seller.
