The locally based Scientry Inc. is expanding in a move from Plano to Collins Boulevard Service Center, a 60,000-sf building built in 1981. The firm has signed a long-term lease for 8,368 sf at the 1110 E. Collins Blvd. structure. Move-in will take place by month's end, Mark Aston of Maverick Commercial Real Estate in North Dallas, tells GlobeSt.com. He has represented the building owner in the direct lease negotiations.
Scientry had been officing in about 3,000 sf. It is a liquid crystal display operation.Southwest Professional Auto Glass also is planning to open another Dallas-Ft. Worth location by month's end. The firm has inked a long-term lease for 1,888 sf at the 50,000-sf, multi-tenant Park East Service Center, situated at 1201 E. Plano Rd. Aston and Maverick's George Tanghongs have acted on the building owner's behalf in the direct lease signing.
At the 82,000-sf Campbell Square I, Systemware Professional Services Inc. is just settling into 3,025 sf in a long-term signing for the Richardson Technology Properties' building, located at 1850 Greenville Ave. The software engineering company has used Eric Langford of the Eric Langford Co. in Dallas as its broker. Maverick's Mike Fay and Aston have represented the building owner. The three high-tech office structures are part of a 300,000-sf portfolio purchased last year by Richardson Technology Properties.
