"We just went to market with it over the holiday and we've had very good interest so far," Kenneth J. Szady, senior vice president of Trammell Crow's investment services group, tells GlobeSt.com. He adds the interest is coming from institutional investors.

The four-story building is located less than a mile from Woodfield Mall, near the junction of Interstate 90 and Route 53/I-290.

"This acquisition represents an excellent opportunity to purchase a quality suburban office facility in one of Chicago's premier suburbs," Szady adds. "With a strong rent role, proximity to Schaumburg's many amenities including Woodfield Mall, and easy access to two of the region's major expressway systems, the property's competitive advantages are clear."
