CB Richard Ellis Inc., which now has the listing contract formally held by Grubb & Ellis Co., is negotiating with a serious buyer prospect, brokers tell GlobeSt.com.

Boeing Co. is asking $23 million or $323,944 per acre ($7.44 per sf) for the dirt near the Gwinnett County Civic and Cultural Center. The parcel has been on the selling block since June 1999. The original asking price was $29 million or $408,450 per acre ($9.38 per sf).
