The airlines operator intends to build a parking lot to complement a state-of-the-art reservations call center abutting the new buy at 900 Grand Plaza Dr., Caldwell Watson Real Estate Group land broker, Keith P. Grothaus, tells GlobeSt.com. Caldwell Watson Investments LP is the seller, using Grothaus to cut the deal.

The call center is the two-story, 120,000 sf Northbelt Office Center I, which is positioned on 13 acres. Caldwell Watson Investments had sold the original land to Dallas-based developer, Myers and Crow. Myers finished the building in 1999, signing Continental to a lease for the entire site in July 2000. Scott Wegmann of Cushman Realty represents Continental.
