Jehle joins Arbor with experience in all phases of commercial lending including origination, underwriting, processing, closing, servicing and secondary marketing.
Prior to joining Arbor, Jehle was vice president and senior loan officer at Berkshire Mortgage Finance/Bankers Mutual. Jehle originated multifamily loans from $3 million to $50 million nationwide, primarily through Fannie Mae DUS and Freddie Mac.
Jehle has also served as executive vice president at Mortgage Corporation of America and vice president of operations at First Fidelity Thrift and Loan.
Arbor is a provider of debt and equity financing for luxury residential complexes, seniors, and affordable housing.
