Image Arts Etc., a wireless business solutions firm, has signed a five-year lease for 10,045 sf of office space at 8340 Camino Santa Fe, Suites E and F, in the Miramar West Business Park. The value of the deal is $705,000.
Both sides in the transaction were represented by Dean Asaro of CB Richard Ellis.
In the second deal, Tabor Griffin Communications, a web design firm, has signed a five-year lease for 3,019 sf of office space at 8445 Camino Santa Fe, also in the Miramar West Business Park. Total consideration was $192,000.
San Diego-based Westcore Industrial Properties was represented by Asaro of CB Richard Ellis. Tabor Griffin Communications represented themselves.
