F&F Centrepark Associates bought the 84,512-sf Centrepark Business Plaza, located at 1291 Simpson Way, from Farwest Realty Fund.
Colliers International and Coldwell Banker represented both parties in the transaction, which is the latest in a surge of office and industrial deals in North County that reflects the skyrocketing costs of property in the greater San Diego markets.
