The property is located on three acres between West Little York and Clay Road near Beltway 8. Clay Development & Construction Inc. is the seller.
A Clay source tells GlobeSt.com that the structure was built specifically for Storagequip. The build-to-suit project delivered in June.
Storagequip is moving from 1420 N. Post Oak Rd., situated near the junction of Texas 290 and Loop 610 in the near northwest submarket. Marc Drumwright of Southwest Realty Advisors represented Storagequip in the sale. Houston-based Clay Development & Construction had Robert H. Clay as its in-house representative.
