TAMPA, FL-The Tampa office of Advantis Real Estate Services Co. has won the exclusive sales listing for a 1.3-acre (57,200 sf) tract adjacent to the Florida State Fairgrounds and a quarter mile south of the proposed $50 million hospitality venture. Tampa is 80 miles west of Downtown Orlando.

"The site is easily accessible via Interstate 4 and is zoned for planned development mixed-use (PDMU)," Mark Cooney of the Tampa office, Advantis Real Estate Services Co., tells GlobeSt.com. "This prime retail corner parcel is an ideal location that will benefit" from the Hard Rock Hotel venture.

Land owners A.B. Phillips and Mary E. Phillips are asking $4.25 per sf for the 57,200-sf lot at 7312 Chelsea St. Tampa is 80 miles west of Downtown Orlando.
