The largest Rogers Centre for Commerce deal is a renewal by training and distribution firm ITW Paslode, which has 22,567 sf at 1534 Barclay Blvd. Norman Ross of Arthur J. Rogers & Co. represented the building owner while Charles Osweiler of Venterra represented ITW Paslode.
Ross also represented the building owner and Data Net Systems in the tenant's renewal of 10,439 sf in the same office park. He also represented parties in Aim Business Printers' renewal of 2,000 sf.
