The initial two buildings in the complex are scheduled for completion by July 26 and will be home to eight new condominiums located on the east side of Detroit. The remaining 19 buildings will be completed in the next 24 months and will complete the 95-unit project.
According to the company, the style of the development was inspired by the classic London row houses of the 1800s and was implemented by Residential Detroit, Inc. because of its commitnent to the city's revitalization and beautification. English Village is located at the intersection of Sheridan and St. Paul near Indian Village, Riverview Hospital, and Belle Isle.
