Founded in 1988 in Houston, the general contracting firm specializes in design-build, construction management and other services in various markets. Steve Rocher and Kristen Porter, both of Grubb & Ellis Co.'s Houston office, represented the building owner, BMS Management in the lease negotiations.

In another industrial lease, Denver-based ProLogis has signed another tenant at its Pine Forest Business Center 2. Drew Beeson of ProLogis has closed a 5,320-sf lease for Electromechanical and Strand Inc. Mark Lehman and Chris Kugle of Grubb & Ellis' Houston office, represented Electromechanical and Strand. ProLogis lease rates at Pine Forest Business Park range from 36 cents per sf to 42 cents per sf. ProLogis owns and leases industrial buildings throughout the US and owns 85 industrial properties in Houston.
