JPI's newest North Carolina property is located within a 10-minute drive from the Entertainment and Sports Arena in Raleigh and upscale shopping venues at Cary Towne Center. The luxury apartment developer, which has a significant investment partnership with GE Capital, currently has projects going in about 20 states in the US and Canada. In the past year, ground has broken on more than 9,000 new apartment homes. Its existing portfolio boasts leasing and management of more than 22,000 apartment homes, including 6,000 student housing units, and in excess of 16,000 third-party apartments.
