Scottsdale-based investor Bob Mariash, who heads up Mariash Corp., and Harry Schroeder of Estes Park, CO have spent roughly $112 per sf for the holding situated at the southeast corner of Oracle and Magee roads.

North Tucson has more upscale residential communities than any other part of the city. The fully leased center's anchors are Trader Joe's, True Value, Marshall's and Metropolitan Grill.

Venture West, a Tucson-based real estate firm headed by Neil Simon and Jordan Simon, and New York City-based investor Angelo Gordon are the sellers. Venture West will continue to manage the property. The Phoenix office of CB Richard Ellis, with brokers Cam Stanton and Mike Auther, and Richard Shenkarow of the Tucson office of Shenkarow Realty Advisors have borkered the sale.
