The New Jersey office of GVA Williams, Parsippany, is marketing the property for BNE Associates. According to GVA Williams' vice president Bryn Cinque, the marketing effort is focusing on both single and multiple tenants. "The property offers one of the largest speculative office developments in the Essex County marketplace," according to Cinque. Essex County, of course, includes Newark, the state's largest city.
Besides the sweeping views, the Offices at Crystal Lake offers such amenities as covered executive parking, a food commissary, gym and a dedicated loading area.
