Teesland received planning permission in May 2001 for a second building, Cavendish House, at Princes Wharf comprising 53,551 sf of office space. This £8 million ($11.3 million) scheme will be developed in a joint venture with Sterling Capitol.
Teesland Associate Director Jason Rockett said: 'Cavendish House, will ensure that Princes Wharf is the premier office location within Teesdale.
