The developer, Raleigh, NC-based Highwoods Properties Inc., isn't expected to wait too long for a prospective tenant since single-story space is scarce in the high-rise GA 400 North submarket, brokers tell GlobeSt.com.

The overall 12.6 million-sf GA 400 North submarket has a 16.69% vacancy rate and 2.1 million sf available to lease at an average asking rent of $20.90 per sf., according to second-quarter statistics from Richard Bowers & Co., an Atlanta-based brokerage.
