Kern County Auctioning Surplus Property

BAKERSFIELD, CA-Approximately 500 tax-defaulted properties in Kern County will be auctioned next week on Bid4Assets.com. Due diligence materials, including tax information, maps, and photos are currently available for viewing on the Web site.

The properties offered for sale include residential, commercial and agricultural lots primarily in Bakersfield, California City, Greenfield, Lost Hills, Mojave, Pond and surrounding areas of the county.

Due diligence materials, including tax information, maps, and photos are currently available for viewing online. Minimum bids range from $250-$74,100.

Bid4Assets says it will conduct a tax-defaulted property sale for Modoc County, in August of this year.
