The class A structure stands inside the Westlake North Business Park, at 30700 Russell Ranch Rd. It was acquired by locally based Miller Brothers Investments.
The building is the largest of three in the business park. The seller is a joint venture of LA-based Investment Development Services and Seattle-based Kennedy Associates Real Estate Counsel.
The two-story building acquired by Miller Brothers is fully leased to Homestore.com, the online giant that operates web sites that include Realtor.com and HomeBuilder.com. Other tenants in the complex include Thorson & Associates Insurance Services.
Kevin Shannon and Jim Lindvall of Grubb & Ellis represented both the buyer and the seller in the transaction.
