Rohde Realty, which has handled the center's leasing andmanagement since 1997, retains management of the 133,434-sf center,situated at the intersection of Culebra and Grissom streets. Thecenter is owned by New York-based GNW Partners, which bought it in1996 from KP/Miller Realty Growth Fund I, a Texas limitedpartnership.

The center has vacancies from 1,500 sf to 15,000 sf, KennethPruitt, vice president of Transwestern Commercial Services in SanAntonio, tells Pruitt referred questions about thecenter's occupancy rate and major tenants to Rohde, where arepresentative was not available this morning.

"It is our goal to assist GNW Partners in their efforts torevitalize this well-established center in the northwest SanAntonio retail market area," Pruitt says.
