To offset the loss, the Jones Lang LaSalle team is hard at workto find a replacement tenant for Briargrove Place, situated at17855 Dallas Parkway. "This was a total surprise. It melted downovernight," Sandie Matejek, Jones Lang LaSalle's property leasingagent, tells Not to be undaunted, Matejek and generalmanager Katie Skipworth have put together a marketing plan to alertbrokers that the premier office space is coming to market.

The office space being vacated by Marketing Specialists, basedin Dallas, includes the entire second floor, where there is 32,756sf of contiguous space. The marketing firm has been a tenant sinceOct. 1, 1998.

Briargrove Place's lead tenant is Hartford Insurance Co., whichoccupies 69,097 sf of rentable office space in the 127,000-sfstructure. Hartford has about seven years left on its 10-yearlease, says Matejek.
