Joyce Slone of Cushman & Wakefield's suburban office represented Design Pac the lease of space in the building at Busse and Landmeier roads owned by CenterPoint Properties Trust, which the REIT acquired in November 2000 for $8 million. The building is less than a mile northwest of O'Hare International Airport.

Meanwhile, Nippon Express USA Inc. has leased 125,000 sf of office and warehouse space at O'Hare Cargo Center in Bensenville, just west of the airport. Nippon Express was represented by Jim Estus of Cushman & Wakefield's Chicago office, along with Hitoshi Aratani, Robert Constable, Larry Tannenbaum, John Moxley and Greg Scott of the firm's New York City office.
