The building stands at 14701 Yorba Ave., inside themaster-planned Centrepointe-South business park. Its new tenant isTibbett & Britten Group, which took the space for 10 years.

Though leasing and sales activity in many Southland markets hasslowed, several relatively large transactions have recently beencompleted in the Inland Empire. In what's believed to be themarket's largest sale of the year, pension-fund consultant AmericanRealty Advisors said in late May that it had agreed to buy theCommerce Way Distribution Center in Fontana for $31.5 million fromprivately held Principal Capital Management.
