Regency Centers Sells Pad to BEF REIT

NEW ALBANY, OH-A Bob Evans restaurant will be built on a 1-acre pad site in a grocery-anchored Kroger New Albany shopping center at Fodor and New Albany roads after the closing of the sale for $600,000.

The 91,805-sf Kroger New Albany shopping center is anchored by Kroger and Blockbuster.

The company operates 15 grocery-anchored shopping centers totaling more than 2 million sf of retail space in Central Ohio.

Nationally, Regency owns 260 retail properties totaling 27.9 million sf located in high growth markets throughout the US.
