SANTA FE SPRINGS, CA-Privately held W.L.A. acquires 81,118-sf complex on eastern rim of Downtown from Voit Cal Partners.

The multitenant complex stands at 11823 E. Slauson Ave. Built in 1975, it is 94% leased.

The buyer is Newport Beach-based W.L.A., a private investment company. The seller is Voit Cal Partners I & III, LLC.

Alan Pekarcik and Tyson Theel of Voit's Commercial Brokerage's Irvine office represented W.L.A. in the sale. Louis Tomaselli and Mitch Zehner, of Voit Commercial's Anaheim Metro office, represented theSeller.
