Dallas-Bound Manufacturer Buys Competitors' Assets, Leases Site

DALLAS-A 43,200-sf lease and asset takeover is putting a new glass operator into Dallas. Arch Aluminum & Glass Co., which operates in 13 states, adds Texas in an August move-in to defunct D&S Glass Co.'s Intermart manufacturing site.

DALLAS-A new glass fabrication plant will open in Dallas as a result of a freshly cut lease and asset acquisition by Arch Aluminum & Glass Co., which is launching its first Texas location.

Eric Deuillet of Henry S. Miller Commercial has brokered a 43,200-sf, five-year lease with the glass manufacturer. Family-owned Arch Aluminum has facilities in Arizona, California, Florida, Georgia, Iowa, Indiana, Kansas, Mississippi, North Carolina, New Jersey, Ohio, Oregon and Wisconsin.

The 22-year-old company was founded 22 years ago in South Florida and has built its business servicing the glass, mirror, laminated and architectural aluminum industries.
