First-phase construction of the 116,500-sf project encompasses six buildings, including the day-care center. The phase is expected to be completed and ready for occupancy in the first quarter of next year.
Branchburg Commons is being built entirely on spec, with only the day-care center operator, the Goddard School, committed. Leasing agent for the property is Raider Realty, the brokerage arm of Larken Associates. Larken itself has several ongoing projects in the region, including Campus View Plaza in Branchburg, and properties in Hillsborough, Princeton, Chester, Lawrenceville, Lopatcong, Montgomery and Readington, NJ.
