The financial group is taking 38,742 sf or the entire 12th and 13th floors of the landmark Phoenix structure. FP Arizona Inc. owns the class A building.

LandAmerica will use the premier office space to house 150 employees for four affiliates. Consolidating into the space will be Transnation Title, Lawyers Title of Arizona Inc., LandAmerica OneStop and LandAmerica Account Servicing Inc. "By locating all of our primary services in one location in the heart of the Phoenix business hub, we are cementing the fact that we are actively working to expand our penetration and increase market share substantially in the next few years," says Margaret Serrano-Foster, LandAmerica's senior vice president.

The firm is kicking off about $500,000 in tenant improvements, including interior design changes. Roberta Thomas and Monica Miller of evolution design are handling the architectural changes to accommodate the combined offices. Chuck Nixon and Kit Tiedemann, both of CB Commercial in Phoenix, and Gerald Mullarkey of GIC Real Estate Inc. of Redwood City, CA negotiated the long-term lease.
