The company will use about 20,000 sf for its headquarters operations, and the rest for its assembly operations.

Monmouth Investors I is an alliance between Bollerman Development Corp. and Riveroak Investment Corp., a Stamford, CT-based real estate investment banking firm. The Allaire Corporate Center is master-planned for just under 250,000 sf of class A office and flex space on 31 acres. The Depot America deal follows the recent leasing of 35,000 sf of freestanding space by Dialight Corp.
