Stewart plans to fold Closing Corp.'s offerings in their National Title Services division, which handles global title and closing service needs of third-party relocation companies. The entire Closing Corp. team will be brought on board, including president, Ed Carroll. He will serve as a business development consulting at Stewart. "Ed's knowledge of the relocation business, his years in the business and his many contacts will strengthen our national presence," says Jo Ann Stevens, associate director of National Title Services. Stevens expects that hiring the rest of the Closing Corp. staff will improve her division's production and increase transaction volume.
