Commercial Site Sells for $104,000 Per Acre

BOLINGBROOK, IL-West Suburban Bank sells a 6.7-acre site on Boughton Road, a quarter-mile west of I-355, for $700,000 to ABCN Corp., which plans a commercial development for the site in the I-55 Corridor.

Inland Real Estate Sales, Inc. senior vice president Charles Hold, CCIM, represented both ABCN Corp. and the seller, West Suburban Bank. The parcel is next to a West Suburban Bank facility.

ABCN Corp. also was represented by attorney John North of west suburban Downers Grove while West Suburban Bank's attorney was Mark Kalina of Wheaton.
