Diamond Triumph Auto Glass Inc., based in Kingston, PA, has just moved into 11,944 sf in a long-term pact with Acquiport DFWIP Inc. The business has service centers in Texas, says broker Larry G. Rodgers, but this is its first distribution site. Rodgers and David R. Dunn, also of Henry S. Miller Commercial, represented the building owner and Jack Moravcik of Dallas-based Swearingen Realty Group acted for the tenant.

Houston-based Lone Star Ice Cream also is setting up its first distribution center in the Dallas-Ft. Worth metroplex, Rodgers tells GlobeSt.com. The company has moved into 14,000 sf of the same building, grabbing a physical address of 1025 Avenue G. Dunn and Rodgers represented tenant and building owner in negotiating the long-term lease. About 24,000 sf of the building is unoccupied.

In a third Great Southwest lease, Dunn and Rodgers have sealed a 6,058-sf, long-term deal for Unified Packaging, which is relocating from South Arlington. The information packaging company has completed its move into 3012 Avenue E East. The business has expanded its operation with the relocation, Rodgers says.
