Jerry Collins has joined the firm as senior vice president of the land division. Susan Miller also has come on board with the land team.
Collins tells GlobeSt.com that he has been active in the real estate arena for 30 years. He started out in mortgage banking, then moved into commercial and residential building and worked as a broker the past 15 years. Collins specializes in land deals in the inner city redevelopment areas of downtown, midtown and the east end. He says he joined Henry S. Miller to help build the land division.
The team consists of brokers Lee Jones, Lacy Miclette Price and Miller. The firm historically has concentrated on office tenant representation, but will put renewed emphasis on land sales and development.
