Hansen's new role at Ryan Cos. includes financial responsibility for the suburban property group in addition to managing the existing portfolio new business generation and recruitment. She also works closely with Ryan's development and construction teams. Hansen and her team are responsible for managing more than 2 million sf of Twin Cities suburban property including One MarketPointe, Wilson Ridge, the Northland Park and Centre Pointe projects.
Hansen has worked with Ryan, a Minneapolis-based commercial real estate developer, for the past 14 years.
