McGill Air Flow Corp. renewed its lease of 3,360 sf for three years at the same park. WMS Trade Group Inc. of Hawley, PA leased 8,750 sf for three years at Sarasota Bradenton Commerce Center, 16th Street East, Sarasota, FL.
Teletronics Inc. of Sarasota leased 13,125 sf for three years at the same park. United Refrigeraton Inc. of Philadelphia leased 8,750 sf for five years also at the same park.
In two straight office deals, Euro American Management leased 4,879 sf for five years at Westshore Place II, 4300 West Cypress St., Suite 1050. Tampa Bay Partnership renewed its lease of 1,964 sf for five years at the same property. Average asking full-service office rent at Westshore Place II is $21.50 per sf.
