At the building level, things will stay largely the same. Ron Brenner, who has managed the building for more than a decade, most recently for Transwestern, will continue to do the same for Cushman & Wakefield. Brenner will be assisted by Patsy Ernst.
C&W says the building has a direct vacancy rate of just about 2%. The largest tenant in the building is NetIQ, formerly Webtrends. Other tenants include the law firm Dunn Carney Allen Higgins & Tongue, as well as the Northwest Power Planning Council, Washington Mutual and The Business Journal.
C&W broker Mark Watson has the leasing assignment, which previously was held by CB Commercial. Overseeing management of the building and two others awarded the company by PREI in Bellevue, WA is Diane McMahon, a C&W asset services director.
Pacific First Center fronts both the Sixth Avenue transit mall and Broadway Avenue. Across Broadway is the brand new Fox Tower, and across Sixth Avenue a new Hilton Hotel tower is rising. One half block to the north is Pioneer Courthouse Square, Downtown's premiere public gathering place.
