Koll Bren Schreiber Realty Advisors of Houston owns the class A structure. Leasing agents Wanda Wilson and Marci Phillips of PM Realty Group represented the building owner. Tomlinson Commercial brokered the lease for Malcolm Thompson & Associates.
The FM 1960 area has 4.2 million sf of office product and a 13.3% vacancy rate. Lease rates in the area for class A office space are $19.50 per sf. For class B, rental rates run $14.99 per sf.
