Dynamex is relocating from another Phoenix spot into the 8,000 sf at 3630 E. Southern Avenue in Phoenix, a project situated at the northeast corner of 36th Street and Southern Avenue. Dynamex's new spot is within a mile of Interstate 10 and about two miles south of Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport.
The Phoenix office of Grubb & Ellis, with brokers Andy Markham and Mike Haenel, represented the tenant while the Phoenix office of Arizona Industrial Properties acted for American Industrial Properties, the building owner.
Tiger Electric has signed for 2,400 sf in an office-warehouse at 2129 E. Cedar St. in Tempe. The industrial building is positioned near the southwest corner of Apache Boulevard and the Price Freeway section of Loop 101. Representing the tenant were Sarge Glenn and Drew Gabler of DAUM Commercial Real Estate Services' Phoenix office.
