The award is being given for the teamwork of the Currie and Royalton maintenance facility projects. Key project team members include the city of Minneapolis as the managing agency and Architectural Alliance, the primary consultant and architect. Knutson Construction was the general contractor on the Currie facility and Arkay Construction, the Royalton maintenance facility.The award is established to promote excellence in the management and administration of public works projects. The honor recognizes the alliance between the managing agency, the consultant-architect-engineer and the general contractor.
