Kevin Granger runs the office division leasing team in Trammell Crow's Austin office. He's been with the company since 1996 and has been responsible for the 0-to-100% lease-up of Barton Creek Plaza. He also acquired the property management and leasing for Colina West.
Chad Marsh, who had been leasing space in the industrial division, is now overseeing the office and industrial construction and development division. He's been involved with the development of Expo phases II and III as well as many leasing transactions including 105,000 sf with Apple Computer Corp. and 82,000 sf with Rx.com Inc.
Trammell Crow, based in Dallas, is one of the biggest real estate companies in the Texas capital with a portfolio of owned, leased and managed property in commercial, industrial and retail space.
