SAN FRANCISCO-The five-year lease of 6,500 sf was struck for a full-service rate of $49 per sf, annually. The building is located at 221 Main St. in Downtown San Francisco.

Brett McGovern of Grubb & Ellis represented the lessor, 221 Main LLC. Jeremy Cline and Todd Vitzthum of Starboard Commercial represented Yates. C&C Investments manages the property.

Yates grew out of their space at 188 Embarcadero and is currently marketing the space for sublease. A previous version of this story had incorrect information. The correct information was provided by McGovern.
