Kajima completed the build-out, which includes a complete emergency generator back-up system as well as full battery energy power UPS system and transport DC plant battery system, in six months.Project executive Jim Lake and project manager Paul Wiese supervised construction for Kajima, which also provided architectural services with LZA.
Internet services business Exodus/GlobalCenter needed a data center. The eight-month project was constructed to specifications that put the data center "On Net" all the time. Project manager Timothy Reder Sr. supervised construction while Irvine, CA-based Gyzen & Associates provided architectural services.
